emmaBlogImmanuel April 19, 2019 The Reverend David Aboagye Dankwa has been inducted into office as the new Chairperson for the Asante Akyem Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Sunday 7th November 2021 at Konongo. Rev Aboagye Dankwa, immediate past Property Manager of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana at the Head Office of the Church, succeeds Rev Dr. Anokye Nkansah whose tenure ended in August 2021. The induction service was officiated by the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Rt. Rev Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante. He was assisted by the Clerk of the General Assembly Rev Dr. Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor and the General Assembly Council. Rev. Aboagye-Danuah is a land economist and a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Ghana Association of ADR Practitioners. He has served on several boards and committees within the Church including; National Committee on Projects and Investments, National Welfare Club, Agents Welfare Scheme, National Committee on Accounts and Budget and the Registered Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana. He has also published nine books with titles such as ADR of the criminal justice system in Ghana, the Church as a tool for the promotion of ADR in Ghana, landlord and tenant relations, property management, stewardship of our landed property, and decentralization and poverty reduction by the district assemblies. He is married to Mrs. Evelyn Aboagye Dabkwa.
